About
I am Jon Weaver, founder and lead teacher at KickStart English. I started the school because Belarusian learners deserve focused 1:1 speaking lessons — not generic ESL worksheets, not inflated promises, and not an open directory where you compare strangers.

Founder
I have spent years teaching English to Belarusian adults — at home, in the diaspora, and online. What works is simple: live speaking practice with a teacher who prepares, corrects usefully, and gives you one honest next step.
KickStart English is my answer to that. A small team of active speaking teachers, a shared KSE Method, and a learner app where you sign up first, see real prices, and book when you are ready.
Olga keeps day-to-day learner care practical. I set teaching standards and keep the product honest. We are not trying to be the biggest school — we are trying to be the right one for this audience.
