What we can help with

  • Enrolment and scheduling — joining a course, switching cohorts, holiday or pause requests, withdrawal questions.
  • Lessons and attendance — Zoom join issues, missed-lesson queries, attendance corrections, makeup lessons.
  • Homework and progress — submission issues, scoring questions, progress-report queries, end-of-course reports.
  • Payments and refunds — invoice questions, payment-method changes, refund requests under our published schedule.
  • Privacy and data — exercising your rights under UK GDPR (access, correction, deletion, portability) — see our Privacy Policy.
  • Technical issues — anything not working as expected on our website or platform.

What we can't help with directly

For Zoom-specific platform issues outside the context of one of our lessons (account problems, billing for personal Zoom accounts, etc.), please contact Zoom Support directly at support.zoom.us. For payment-method or card issues, please also contact your card issuer or our payment processor (Stripe).

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the response you have received from us, please reply to the support email asking for the matter to be escalated. Privacy complaints can also be raised directly with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
